After doing the practice fight with Rosa van Attre both sisters show a buggy dialouge when attempting to talk with them.

That's not a bug, it's how it's meant to be. You have to follow the quest to its conclusion.

Of course it´s a bug. The text (and speech) should be in German and the "{" symbol doesn´t belong there either.

I'm not sure if I remember it correctly... but may they be talking Nilfgardian? The "{" is strange but maybe only this is a bug, not the actual text.

It is *not* a bug. They are not German, they are not Redanian, they are Nilfgaardian, and reply to you in their native tongue. The "{" may be a typo, but the actual exclamation is meant to be that way. I repeat, it is not a bug.

Edit: By the way, it is not the Van Attre sisters, it is the Var Attre sisters.
