Monsters like drowners don't attack me. It appears like their my allies and I can't kill them even if I hit them. The quest I'm on currently needs me to kill mobs but I can't because of this bug.

Do (or did) you use any cheats, mods, console commands etc.?

If not:

* Load an earlier save/ Restart the game / restart the computer.
* Try to repair your installation (Galaxy -> Choose TW3 -> Click symbol without name top right -> Manage installation -> Verify/repair.

Doesn't help? Then upload your savegame and post the link. Afterwards we know if your save is corrupt.
