You can see them in GOG Galaxy, but I do not recommend it, because there are a lot of spoilers in there. Instead, you should <span class="podkreslenie">check them here</span>: They are the same, but in this site you can hide the secret achievements, which contain spoilers.

i can't find them in galaxy , where's the option for the achievements?

Open GOG Galaxy, then go to your library, select The Witcher 3, and you will find two columns: My activity, and Latest news. Below "My activity" you will find another option, "SHOW ALL". Click there, and you will see the achievements.
