Considering a reshuffle of my points but don't know what the best selection is.

Has anyone seen a place where they show the " best " point selections for, maybe, different armor classes or even a best overall point selection?

Fortunately it only take 1000 coins to do a reshuffle.

Has anyone seen a mod to read your character and give you a printout of all your characters points and abilities?

There are so many options to put points in that it would be a daylong job to try to go through your character and write down everywhere you have a point assigned.
Well it really depends on how you play and what you like.

I'm aiming to this:

Combat:
Muscle Memory 5/5
Precise Blows 5/5
Cripplig Strikes 5/5

Signs:
Delusion 3/3
Puppet 3/3
Exploding Shield 3/3
Firestream 3/3
Igni Intensity 5/5
Pyromaniac 5/5

Alchemy:
Poison Blades 5/5
Protective Coating 5/5

General:
Cat School Techniques 1/1

Clearly equipped with light armor. Possibly the cat school gear.
I can't help you with the mod question, but with Griffin gear and greater blue mutagens slotted with Sign skills it's pretty easy to get above 150% sign intensity if that's the kind of build you're looking for. That's including the Griffin School techniques iirc. I'm sure with bear gear and green mutagens you can get extremely tanky, but I have yet to try that playstyle. That would required you to go heavily into alchemy if you wanted the maximum health bonus though.

It would be cool if people posted their builds/playstyles!
I'd be wary of any abilities that require alternate signs, like Firestream and Puppet) as they are bugged for some. I, for example, cannot use any alternate signs.
If you use decoctions the skill Acquired Tolerance 3/3 is a must.
If you have the skill points available Synergy is very good Alchemy skill.
For combat skills I did not go past the second tier for 2 related reasons: 3rd and 4th tier combat skills use stamina and I like using signs plus I wanted the 3rd tier sign skills (Yrden intensity, Igni intensity and Quen intensity) and it requires points to get to that level and points to "buy" the skills.

I maxed the fast attacks and adrenaline trees, and also spent a few points on igni, firestream igni, and quen.
You could try this - http://www.gosunoob.com/witcher-3/skill-calculator/

To me it looks like that only the 3th tier for fast and heavy attacks consumes stamina. And they are not prerequisite to unlock the 4th tier.

Crippling Strikes on the fast attack tree looks awesome to me.

You are correct about only 3rd tier combat skills using stamina.

Actually our final builds are not that far apart. Basically I went strong style verse your fast style and swapped Crippling Strikes 5/5 for Fleet Footed 5/5 plus Yrden intensity 5/5 and Quen intensity 5/5

The reason I only did the first 2 tiers in Combat is in a vanilla play thought there are not enough skills points to buy all the skills I wanted. When I finished my first play through I only had 59 or 60 skill points in total.

For example, in your list of combat skills you show 1 first tier skill, 1 2nd tier skill and 1 4th tier skill. To just open the 4th tier you need to spend 30 skill points and you only show 10 spent. You must have a few other combat skills. To get Crippling Strikes 5/5 you will have to spend 35 points in combat skills. Basically I spent the additional points you will spend on combat skills on signs and alchemy.

I am now on a play though using some Nexus mods to the skill table (tiers open at 0,2,4,and 6 points spent; plus all mutagen and skill slots are open at level 1). My allocation with the mods is going to be 5 combat, 5 signs and 2 alchemy skills with 2 red mutagens and 2 blue mutagens.
