Hello
Please help with the side quest ( a towerful of mice ) the withcher 3
I have done everything but I cannot open the secret passage. I turned on the correct key, but also did not open the passage. What is the solution?

Note :
I have two versions PC and Switch

I assume you mean the door in the tower towards the laboratory of the mage?

Well there are two levers, use the witcher senses to find them. Try using the lever left to the bed once, if nothing happens you must have switched the other lever before. Then go to the other lever and use it. Now should the secret passage open. If you meant something else or if it have helped tell, please.

and on which version you get this bug?

The problem has been solved
The problem was due to the transfer of saved data between pc and switch
I restarted the game from the start and it was resolved

Hello, what do you mean by restarted the game from the start? I have exactly the same bug now, can't open the door, regardless how levers are positioned, I suspect save transfer between Switch and PC as well.
