I don't know if it's something wrong with my hardware or if the Enhanced Edition is supposed to be this way, but is the new lighting supposed to be an improvement? The lighting has changed in my EE, where some of the glow effects simply aren't there anymore. Take a look at this:

It's the same thing with fire effects/spells, it's like they've lost all illumination. Should I try to re-install or is there some graphic options I should turn on/off?

What is Vanilla, a lighting mod?
Is SSAO on at your config?

At first shot looks like there's another lightsource exist at reverse angle that Sile's crystal device reflecting light depending on daylight ,how can we sure that both shot have exact daytime and weather conditions?

As for second shot could be difference of day&night light reflexion?

I found default brightness is too high specially for night scenery and dark areas,recommend to change 0.717949 for better immersion.

Is it possible that the scene in question was re-done?
Maybe they though, hey this scene is too bright, or the light angle is wrong, let's do a touch up.
After all EE is kind of Director's Cut...
