So I finaly got the Launcher to work and I am able to play the game, but the game and cut scenes are soo slow I am not able to enjoy it fully. if someone can pls tell me how to best improve this problem pls let me know, this is a new Comp and I just updated everything.
(I do have ATI Graphics card)
Yeah but you didn't list any other info how much ram you have, what type of processor, exactly which ATI card etc. Don't know why some people have so much problems running it maybe they're using outdated graphic card drivers or are hiding something about their specs.

I am on an AMD dual core, 2 gigs of ram, windows XP, ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB onboard memory and I pretty much max out the game in graphics excluding Super Sampling which I have turned off for obvious reasons.

Since your computer is new i'm guessing your system specs are not to blame for the slowdowns. A whole bunch of people (me included) are having these problems to the degree that the game is completely unplayable.

I'm guessing that the best we can do is wait for CDPR to figure out what exactly is causing the issue since none of the suggestions posted by other users on other threads have worked for me.
Haha I dont know much about Comp guess now is time for me to find out. Amd Athlon II 220 Duel Core Processor, 5GB DDR3 Memory, 640 GB Hard Drive, Ati Radeon 3000 Integrated Graphics Card, and Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium- Authentique 64-bit*. That is what the box says.
Yeah I just bought this comp yesterday, but still trying to make it work out.

That GPU is the killer. If it's precisely a Radeon 3000 IGP, it is maybe 1/7 or so of the stated minimum and 1/4 or so of the practical bare minimum.

You'll need a proper graphics card. Since you're upgrading a store-bought computer, you have to be careful about whether it will fit in your case and whether the power supply will handle it. Something like an HD 5670 will play the game (I have it running on one right now) without taxing your power supply.

And The HD 5670 graphics card should have no problem fitting in the casing right?

I'm going to take a wild guess, based on your specs, that you got one of the HP Pavilions that Wal-Mart and Fry's sell (P6523W or something like that).

Those HPs have a full-width case, a motherboard with a PCI-Express x16 slot, plenty of clearance even for larger cards, and a 250W power supply.

The power supply is the major concern. I would probably not tax it with even a 5670; I would go down a step to the 5570, which draws only 39W at full load. The 5570 is just an underclocked 5670, and it should be OK at low settings.

If you have money for both a power supply and a new graphics card, of course, the sky's the limit (but I wouldn't unbalance your system by putting, say, an HD 5850 with that Athlon II x2).
haha nice guess thats exactly what I got. I just went out and bought that graphics card, and I will have it set up in a hr(got someone hooking it up in 30 mins) if we put the HD 5850 on the comp what would happen?

You'd let the Magic Smoke out :) Seriously, either it would not POST, or it would overload and blow a fuse or ruin the power supply.

An HD 5850 with a proper power supply would leave you CPU-limited; this game taxes the CPU heavily, and even a decent dual core like that Athlon II x2 will hurt your frame rate. (Unfortunately, others have tried and failed to upgrade the CPU on that particular computer. It would be nice to upgrade to a cheap Athlon II x4, but the BIOS won't let you.)
ah I see, so the 5570 or 5670 would be more worth my time, the 5570 more likely. do you think the game will still run smoothly with that card?
