Some of you may have seen this already, but I've put up an online item database. It's sort of like a wowhead for TW2.

You can browse items by type and search for items by name. If you look at the item details page, it will show the stats of the item, a schematic if it's craftable, and any items that can be created with the item. Also, items that are lootable or purchased in shops are shown as well.

Here's an example: Amethyst Dust.

Known issues:
1. Loot tables seem incorrect. The data was all grabbed from the CSV files, but the CSV files seem really inaccurate. My guess is perhaps the CSV files are remnants of an earlier version of the engine, and there is some other w2script-based approach that's being used now?

2. Orens sell values are incorrect for many items. They are calculating prices in some other fashion. Once we have access to their scripts I'll have some idea on the formula.

3. The site doesn't look very good on IE8, because the TW2 font won't load on it for some reason. It might work on IE9, it definitely works on Chrome, Firefox, and probably Safari.

Questions/comments/suggestions are welcome! I just did this as a fun little project for a couple of days, but I still plan on adding features and fixing bugs.

Could I suggest
1/. browseable lists without having to search for anything other than a category.
2/. Sorting
3/. More info on the result page without having to hover over each item in turn.

1. I'm not sure I follow. There's the category dropdown and the browse button. Pick a category and browse it. Or is that not what you're talking about?

2/3. Yeah, I definitely want to add at least some major stuff like damage range and armor rating to the results. And sortable lists is also something I'll look into.

Ok, I updated the search results so they show more columns of information (min/max damage, armor, weight, and orens). The info shown may not be relevant to every item, but it should be more than enough for the most likely browsing through armor and weapons.

Also, you can now sort the list by every column if you want to change the ordering.

I can add browsing of the schematics. I'll make the display of the results a bit different, so you can see components, and also group them. I'll probably add that in a couple of days.

I added the donate button, too, but I'll be (pleasantly) surprised if I get donations. I mostly just did it for fun, but I guess if I make a little money can't complain!

I can add the Troll DLC because I have that package and can extract the data. To add the other stuff, someone who has the DLC package will have to extract the data and send it to me. Every DLC package you download is encrypted with your personal CD-KEY, so it wouldn't be enough to simply give me the .dlc file.

I'll get the Troll stuff in there hopefully later today, as long the DLC data isn't terribly different from the regular game data (I haven't looked at those XMLs yet).

Updates:
1. Added DLC information to the Item result page. Troll Trouble DLC and Roche Command Jacket are there. I'll add filtering/searching by DLC later.

2. Alchemy category pages (Aether, etc.) now show which components contain that item.

3. Fixed all known bugs with tooltips. They should be much more responsive, and if you were using Firefox the jitter on load should be gone too.
