I wanted to know whether there will be patch 1.3 to fix widescreen issue (black bars) etc.

The have said there would be one but no date for it yet.

dunno about widescreen fix but they said they will fix it in 1.3 prolly...i saw comment from CDPR on official site about close to end of june as date + -
