You can only do it with Ves on Roche's path

I believe there are only those , on The Witcher 2 Geralt became Saint Geralt , i was hoping for something like Morenn or Lady of the Lake but nope :(

I would hardly say "Saint Geralt". He becomes much more realistic, in my opinion. Still able to get lots of ladies but not to the ridiculous degree that TW1 had. The people you can sleep with in TW2 (which I've seen, in my first play through I didn't really go out of my way to get as many people as possible) are much more believable, and not just there for the card (because really, that's why characters like the Lady of the Lake, and the random girl from the Chapter 1 you have sex with in the old mill were sexable).

Which elf do you save on Iorveths path that you can plough? I only remember 4 of them, and never saw them ever again after chapter 1.

During Act 2 you see her in Vergen just ouside the gates and yup she wanted to repay.

That's right. As soon as you get out of the main gate of Vergen, there is a small alley on the left. You can find the elf there.

I was hoping for any of the Sorcerers or the dragon, but sadly....

I managed to flirt with Sile de Tansarville but nothing ever happaned after that. Do I need to do something differently or is that just all you can do?

I used to think Geralt's sex life was unfair to Triss until she all but told me she's doing shorty. I visited the brothel right after her little statement!
