I haven't chosen my free game. Does it have EXPIRY? I have previously played Gothic 2.. I'm really do not know which game to choose.
Gothic 2 seems the way to go, so that's the one I chose
Realms of Arkanta 3.

I already owned the games in the selection that I wanted, so I had to select between Realms of Arkanta 1&2 or 3.

One never knows I may play it one day. Can't complain about a freebie.

Regards MarkL
I already had "Gothic 2", so i chose "Divine Divinity" and as from EU, i also got "Police Quest 1+2+3+4" and "The Last Express" which i read is really really good and i haven't ever played it.

RageGT: I'm a crazy gothic fan. G2 is one of my favs and they never released NotR here so the Gold edition is a real bonus to me! =)
avatar
mojoman69: where do I find a list of games that I can choose from? I'm pre-buying on the 16th.
avatar
RageGT: In the email confirmation there's a button "choose your bonus" or something like that.
Do you only get the email after paying. there is no mention of a free game when buying the game.

monjoman69, yes you get one free game for pre-buying the Witcher 2 here in GOG. You get to choose from Gothic 2, Divine Divinity, Beyond Divinity, Realms of Arkania 2, Realms of Arkania 3. And yeah you get the email AFTER paying for the pre-order of Witcher 2.

Thanks champ at least someone knew the answer. I preordered when it was first available for preorder. I must have the email some where from months a go. I will pay for my pre-order tomorrow if GOG can confirm that 1920*1200 is supported. If not I will have to cancel my order.

I absolutely loved the Police Quest series back in the 90's, when Sierra was at the top of their game.

I unfortunately didn't have the honor of playing any game of the series. So i'm glad GoG exists, hell im glad GoG exists for way too many cases. I had the honor though to having played Space Quest series, Larry (i really hope they will get the green light to get it to GoG) and King's Quest (some of the series).

Well don't feel too bad--I haven't played Grim Fandango. I'm really surprised it isn't on GoG....

And the early Larrys were great; completely different from the shameful modern installments.

Totally agree, i haven't even touched every Larry after "Love for Sail".

Also, i have played Grim Fandango almost 5 times, last one was some months ago. Easily one of the best adventure games ever made. You should really play it mate, first chance you get, either from GoG or anywhere else -)

We're still waiting for LucasArts to give in and parter up with GoG.com, but knowing how conservative they are about DRM, and how stingy with the rights to milk their intelectual property this might be a ling wait :-(
can someone tell me how and where you can select free game?

when you buy the Witcher II, you will receive an Email with a link to choose your free game and if you paid in Euro , you get 2 Codes for a 9,99$ and a 5,99$ game for free

Ah, that's a shame. The game's only becoming more dated...
