Only in the Witcher you can have sex with she-dwarves while the hottest women are unploughable.

yeah, a SHE-Dwarf whorehouse would do be a good DLC

if it was Bioware, it would have charged us 20 bucks for it.

You have to remember that as Shasha has that little dream (and later tells she has "special interests" on dwarfs) there are at least males, and as females look excactly like males... Well, Sasha propably has had little "ups" now and again and lesbomancy takes a totally new meaning.

Germanicanus: They cannot reproduce asexually, because then all dwarfs would be practically clones of themselves, not to mention, the lack of genetic diversity would annihilate the whole population faster than racist Keadweni soldiers. The most obvious explanation is that CD Projekt didn't want/couldn't/ignore creating female dwarfs models. The funniest explanation is they are hiding, afraid of Witcher's sexual predator reputation, or they indeed look like males ones... ergo, Zoltan is a woman!
A theory supported by choice of his/her name. Just leave out "Zol" and expand the rest by "ja" and you get Tanja! In fact, "Zoltan" is just a confusion of his/her name, because when Geralt first met him/her another dwarf (very drunk, of course) said in a drunken slur "Z ol' tan, o'er there?" which was meant to be "See old Tanja, over there?" (as in "Look at that hottie named Tanja over there!"), which Geralt interpreted as "Zoltan's over there" - and well, somehow it stuck.

This can't be true because Zoltan has no McGuffies. Dwarves are mammals and all mammals have McGuffies. So far in the game I've seen Triss' McGuffies. I've seen Ves' McGuffies. I reloaded a save and saw Triss' McGuffies again. But I don't see any evidence of McGuffies on Zoltan.

Then again, would I want to see Zoltan's (Zoltana's) McGuffies?

Everyone knows that a female dwarf is indistinguishable from a male dwarf. McGuffies notwithstanding. In fact, I bet that the dwarf that says "Well, I'm buggered" while Geralt is earnestly ploughing Triss in the bathtub is female.

and while we are at it, I also didnt found any elf or dwarf children, i mean do they come out of an egg or are they actually born.

The reason I say that was because of the peasants dream, I wont spoil it for others but saskia did said she liked dwarfs, do we only have male dwarfs and they do elfs and humans to make more male dwarfs ?

Anyone else thought about that ?

btw, Im not complaining, i was just curious, and this matter was quite funny for me, so i thought i share it with my friends here at gog.
I don't know if you read the English translated books so here it goes: In the Blood of the Elves it is stated that dwarves hide their women from other races because they think something like their women are so beautiful than the other races' women other races want to get a hold on dwarven women. Maybe they truly are beautiful, we'll never know for sure as Geralt probably won't be a close friend of a dwarf with a family who'll let their women be seen to him.

I agree; the above is canonical and as good an explanation as we're going to get. This is not a world in which she-dwarfs don't exist or are indistinguishable from the males. But I wonder whether the monumental fertility figures or the inn sign in Vergen might in some way represent she-dwarfs.

The extreme desirability of she-dwarfs and the extreme jealousy of male dwarfs are also running gags in TW1.

Where is my + rep for knowing the lore? :)

Anyway, one has to be a real close friend of a dwarf's to get to see a female dwarf, or a female(remember one of the townswoman talking about her dwarven friend being nothing like what's told about non-humans) .

On the side note i do hope we get to see some dwarven women in a dlc/expansion/new game and i do hope they are beautiful, much more beautiful than elven women so the dwarwen men have a point in hiding them.

Well, the elder races' kids probably take some 50 years to hit puberty, too ...
Hence the "humans breed like vermin" thing.

It probably does take long but i don't think it is as long as 50 years, it probably is about30-35 years at most i think but i am just speculating, don't remember much that could count as a solid evidence.

They may have portrayed them good but the ones they portray are of their universe, you can not take it as a general rule for all the others, the others must portray their own female dwarves.
