The EE patch notes say that a werewolf trophy was added to chapter 3, but where is it? I beat the EE on both Roche and Iorveth's paths and did the new quests, but no werewolves ever appeared.

its in the cave on the new ch3 escort quest . Roche path.
Armor +1
Vitality +10
damage to humans +1%
Damage on signs +1

Hmm guess I missed it. The only cave I found had a bunch of Nekkers inside.

Its in the end of the same cave. You have to be there in midnight

Just to add a little extra info, there is a book that you can find next to a bonfire at the end of the cave, once you pick up that book the werewolf will appear.
