That's the mod which I was talking about... Of course it gave me ingredients but it didn't pushed uest status forward.... So it gaves me nothing really...

Double check to make sure you have all 4 ingredients - I had a similar issue, where I thought I needed the wrong item. So double check to make sure all four are in fact in your bags.

I've got alll 4 ingredients... Hmmm I'm wondering... Maybe I should buy it before the Quest's start? Not during it?

Well, I bought the final ingredient I was missing using that mod I linked above during the quest, so that shouldn't be an issue.

To be clear, you have the following:
warrior nekker's blood
Queen endrega pheromones
Bullvore brain
Harpy egg / Rotfiend tongue

Only the last one can be replaced. Which is funny, because AFAIK you can get both harpy's egg and rotfiend's tongue in chapter 3. Weird. All the others - the blood, brain and pheromones - can not be substituted.
