I'm currently working on some scenes/wallpapers based on game, and making some new scenes, for now are just two of them, I'm not in hurry (well maybe I should be) so I'm taking my time to make sure they reach my goal, or at least close to it.

Please keep in mind that both of the wallpapers are NSFW (Not safe for work) if any of the mods/admins think they aren't suitable, feel free to remove the topic.

Placed in the Elven Baths, unfortunately I ran into some problems and I had to remove the water, I messed up the shader somehow, the wallpaper is 1920x1080 and stars Triss Merigold and Ves ("Lesbomancy, my fav type of magic")

This one takes place on Triss's tent, in some morning where there's at least some pace and they can "sleep" without being interrupted by some guard :D But someone will interrupt them soon ;o

Wish I could use the RED Engine :( But unfortunately no.... I'm using Maya for these scenes, importing models, apply textures, making the scene and finally rendering, the characters I'm posing then into another application. Here we go with another one...

Takes places hours after "Mornings after the war" in the mean time, well we have no idea where Geralt left or what happened.

I am sorry to say it but these wallpapers do NOT reflect the game in any way.

If this would have been a mod presentation, then I'd say it would be alright, but have a look at Oblivion's mature mod threads (tesnexus, IE): NO ONE and NO MOD is placing the game logo on top of mature screens showing quite explicit content, trying to link original content and creation with custom made erotic stuff.

Sry, not meaning to offend or upset anyone. Just expressing my views.

The quality is definitely there but I don't like the subject matter as I don't feel that they reflect the game at all. Even the game (thankfully) glosses over the sex scenes so does anyone really need those wallpapers? Each to there own I guess but I'd prefer something that shows the game's combat, creatures, enemies and environments personally.

Heh, these belong to rule 34 sites. :) Like the above said environments and creatures work for a wallpaper better.

Nor intends to reflect the whole game, just it's mature side, where just few games have it or they are simply afraid to work it better, most of the games are using only strong language and they are considered directly mature, Witcher 2 goes to next level.

What I've been trying to show with these one was that, I understand they might be to explicit, but I don't see that as a problem for a mature game, not the same scenes but mostly lookalike in game also.

I don't intend to reach pornography with them, just some mature scenes, as you can see neither of them shows the genitals nor I intend tho, they just aim for a bit more that sexy.

And don't worry I don't mind, after that what's the feedback for? I couldn't even thinking to get upset because of it, would be really childish, and after all, everything is mature here.

About the combat ones/fighting monsters, yea they'll come also they just need better envos and currently working on some of them. About the logo over the pictures, I though would fit, seeing them only blank without text looks totally different.

Thankfully? Nice work man ... I don't tend to use gaming wallpapers but keep it up :) Would like to see more of Geralt and Triss though.

i'm surprised that there was a question on how these were done. it's mostly obvious.

anyways, the work itself is pretty good. the subject matter won't agree with everyone, but that's life. i can see issues with the HUGE logo, legal and otherwise.

i always strip logos from my wallpapers when i can. if i can't, i don't use them.

i only really have issues with the skin shader. seems really flat, not like in the game. i dunno if the RED engine has subsurface scattering, but maybe maya doesn't?

Maya have SSS but I didn't used it, I might in future, yea the skin shader could use some more work :D

Anyway here's another one with the guardian of Aedirn, in her "true" form, nothing fancy, just a simple one and clean.
