Win 10 Pro x64 (allupdates), i7-4790K, 16GB, GTX970 (Driver v359.00).
No other programs running, not even in the Background/Systray.

Crashes don't follow any pattern:
Trying to start a conversation.
Ending a conversation.
Accessing the stash.
During Cutscenes.

Is there anything I can do, to get this fixed? (except to uninstall and don't play it ;))

You are from Austria so I guess that you play the game in german. The game crashes because of special letters like ä, ö and ü. There is a fan patch to solve this for german text (just google it) or you can set the text language to english and it shouldn`t crash anymore. Audiolanguage doesn't matter.
I played the game with english text and german audio.

True, everything is set to german, although the subs are off.

There is more written text than subs from a dialogue or a video (inventory, menu, ...). Hope this will work for you. For me and a friend it did.
