Today CD Projekt wrote on their FB fanpage:

Which translates as "There will be unique DLC content for Facebook followers on May 20th"

I don't have a facebook account and and don't plan to create one, hopefully there will be another way to get it.

Exactly. You can then also change whether or not you want their posts to appear in your news feed.
