On the CDP FB page:

Click the "Wiedźmin 2" button, you'll be redirected to a FB app. After "allowing" it press the yellow "ściągnij" sign, you should get the file "magical_suit.exe". Enjoy!

And that's it. Did I miss something?

Is this the same DLC you could get by emailing CDPR earlier?

Weird, I get a number of how many people have downloaded i before me and a yellow button to download. Maybe you have an ad-blocker or something on? Anyway, the link given by the kind gentleman above will also do.
