I've made an account on the Witcher 2 website but can't make any threads or posts because I never received a confirmation email. I tried sending an email to the forum administrator but the email wouldn't go through, neither am I able to send in an error report on the support website.

Have you checked your spam/junk mail folder?
May be the confirmation mail was mistaken as spam ...

Are you sure you write your email address correctly in the registration form?
You could try a second registration.
