Okay so i bought TW2 recently decided to install it after installation i ran it said it had some problem with DirectX9 or something so i reinstalled it then it was fine, ran it ,launched it started a new game and it had terrible fps i dont know what but it was realllly jumpy i dont know if its something to do with my graphics card or somthing ut i have a list of my system:

It seemed like it would run fine i changed the settings for the resoloution to something lower thinking it would help but it just seemed worse

both your cpu and gpu are old, the gpu in particular is meant for hd movies and not gaming. it can probably play 5 year old games, not sure. even a 5500 ati struggles with 5 year old games.

I'm no video card expert, but how good is a 4350? I'm pretty sure it's less powerful than my 3850 (which runs perfectly at low settings), but I have no idea by how much. If the difference is big, it could be the culprit.

The 4350 doesn't even appear on this list, whilst TW2 minimum specs require approximately a benchmark score of 800.

Those scores are amazingly bogus, with atrocious blunders like scoring an Intel mobile GPU higher than a GTX 285M. It calls their methods into question to the point that I wouldn't rely on them for anything at all.

The Athlon II x3 is not old at all, contrary to an earlier post, and just fine. It's the GPU. A 4350 is very deficient, only a fraction of what this game needs. In current AMD/ATI cards, you need a 5570 (or better a 5670) at a bare minimum.

CPU is fine. GPU is NOT fine.

That "Mobile Intel HD" entry refers to the graphics that come integrated in sandy bridge processors.
So sure ... I agree with you that the actual graphics capability of the Intel HD Graphics 3000 isn't actually good.

However, while other tests can be done on platforms that keep the "other factors" equivalent, testing Intel HD Graphics 3000 means you have to use a ridiculously fast CPU.

That's where the skew comes in.

AMD (used to be ATI; AMD bought them out) just makes the chipsets. Other manufacturers assemble the cards. Sapphire and ASUS are big manufacturers of AMD (ATI) GPUs. (Sapphire is the first to get new models; XFX is probably the best.) So just look for an HD 5670 with 1GB DDR5.

The 5670 technically doesn't meet the game's requirements. But in fact it plays the game about as well as the minimum-spec cards. If you have money to spend and want faster frame rate and more eye candy, I would upgrade the power supply and get a 5770 or better.

Not much. AMD/ATI makes the chips and a reference video card, and then lots of other companies, including Sapphire, Asus and a dozen others make their own cards that are basically identical except for a different fan, and occasionally somebody puts a bit more or less memory on it, or plays with clock settings a bit.

When I bought my 3850, I went for Peak, a brand I'd never heard of. But it was a lot cheaper than others, and a bit of research showed that its only real problem was a crappy cooler. A pretty serious problem for most people, I admit, but I didn't care because I was going to replace that cooler anyway. My 3850 now has had passive cooling for over 3 years now, and I've never had any problem with it. Best purchase ever. But I admit that's because I did my research and knew what I needed. For most people, it's probably better to not skimp on money and go for the quality brand.
