Hi people, I'm having problems with this game's menus. I don't really know if it's a bug or not, but when I'm on a menu and press any Up or Down keys, the selected option of the menu is displaced twice. Therefore, I have to pick the option with the mouse, because some options are imposible to choose with the keyboard.

It happens any time I have to choose: conversations, menu or even in the main menu (not the launcher), so I don't know what can be going on.

I have checked that my keyboard is working well, so it's not the hardware. I use windows 7.

I've searched and it looks like nobody else has that problem... Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Edit: I don't have problems on the launcher.

Could you maybe try another keyboard? Maybe the game has problem with your specific keyboard.

Are you using a wired or wireless keyboard?

I was wrong, It doesn't happen on the launcher, It happens on the main menu and the rest of the options ingame. Hmm.. It may be a problem with the keyboard, but what surprisses me is that the problem is only with this game... :|

In your Documents>Witcher 2>Config folder, does the user.ini file show the type of keyboard layout you use?
ie KeyboardLayout=QWERTY or KeyboardLayout=QWERTZ

Yes it does. It shows "KeyboardLayout=QWERTY", the kind of keyboard I use.


For the moment I didn't find another keyboard to test it... hahaha

I would personally re-download and reinstall the whole game. This glitch sounds too weird to be a normal glitch.
