after recieved mail frm GoG :

Hello,

Currently only the languages listed on the preorder site are available
(English, French, Italian, German, Spanish) with the GOG.com release of
The Witcher 2.

However, CD Projekt RED has released the Polish language version (both
audio and subtitles) as free DLC. You will have to register the game in
order to access this DLC, though. Your registration key will be sent to
you automatically, after purchasing the game.

If the DLC for the Polish language isn't up yet, I'm sure CD Projekt will get it on the servers soon. That's beyond our control, though, when it will happen.

Whoa, easy tiger.

I'm sure your attitude will make many not want to help you, but does this help at all:

*The Polish-language patch does not get installed on an English language system*
When attempting to install the Polish version of the game on an English system the installer will install the game to the default "Wiedźmin" folder (which is the Polish name of the game). As an English-language system does not recognize Polish characters the installation of patches will not be possible.
To fix this issue install the game in a folder which does not have Polish characters in its name.

His english seems perfectly fine to me, at least better than mine :)
I think he probably wants the polish language pack because it would be like playing the game in the original version.
Although I think The witcher 2 was written in Polish and English at the same time to reduce the amount bad translations.

As pretty much the only non-screwed economy in the EU, I'm surprisingly proud of us:P
