Well, I just meant that the name of this store has lost its meaning if they sell the latest games aswell.

Not even CD Project is Anti DRM as they lead you to believe. Notice how CD Project has the rights to all digital distribution, and yet when the game released it had DRM on all Digital distribution versions other then GoG.
"Value" is in the eye of the beholder.
While all digital distributions other than GOG's had DRM at release time, it's been patched out a month after.

No, they will only sell Witcher 2 and CDPR's future projects. As its mentioned, GOG and CDPR are owned by the same company, so its logical to put Witcher 2 on GOG to get 100% revenue for CDProjekt and make the game DRM-free.

Yeah TW2 is not good old game BUT it's going to be the greatest Good Old Game to be.

Steam is the absolute last place I would buy my games from. I would much rather use GOG, Gamers Gate or Impulse.

We can see they have mocked DRMs and prove their are stupid things:
. The Witcher 2 was a success and was not protected with DRM as pirates could take it on GOG, so DRMs are useless as drm unprotected games can be very well sold,
. Witcher did run better without DRM on many computers: the game proved drm are worst than useless: they are virus shared by companies

WOW really a blast from the past i remember doing my high school term papers on a C64 so many years ago.

But yea i will not buy another game here i will go back to Steam instead, and i should have bought this game at Amazon so i could have sent it back but i am apparently stuck with it, So you folks are stuck with me until i have exhausted my 50 bucks worth of entertainment value that the game should have provided. As far as official forums i feel they were taken down because it really takes the argument to home when you can refer back to original forum posts concerning things like INVENTORY, DOORS, and bug fixes, things that CDPR were taken to task about 3 years ago and were ignored or broken EVEN FURTHER. The see we talked about this years ago and yet it is still broken no one likes to be "hung from thier own pitard" that the old official forums contained.

I bought the game here because GoG is a sister company of CDPR. I bought the game here because i was sold a PC experience and i thought that since TW2 was a PC only title supporting a PC only company both by buying the game in the first place and then also buying the game from the "preffered" seller was a good way to show PC support. Instead i got a game that has so many console compromises that PC "as billed" is at best a joke or at worst an outright lie. I am not sure WHO is responsible for this fabrication or stretching of the truth but since both are connected, both shall suffer my wrath. With alot of the games i have bought over the last few month mostly through Steam and now here i am going back to retail either Best Buy or Amazon so when a title sucks i can return it to the store if not for a refund at least store credit where i might be able to buy something more entertaining like pocket lint. Purchases through Steam, GoG, D2D etc are a buyer beware experience where all sales are final. A retail outlet like Wal-mart, Best Buy, or in my case Amazon are better because i can get a refund or store credit, which means that the retailers and CDPR fight over the money as opposed to me and the game company fighting over the money.

Gaming seems to be that area where buyer beware is most applicable, and the player/purchaser has very litle recourse for a lousey, or not functioning game other than to suck it up or bitch relentlessly on boards until bannned, or refunded just to make the player go away. I would love to get my money back for TW2 but as it was purchased through an electronic retailer (here) i am stuck and out 50 bucks, which means you are stuck until i have wrung my 50 bucks of entertainment value from the boards which is a much slower process and much less preffered than using the game.

Give me my money back cancel my account with GoG all will be right with the world and i will go away. Once i am gone you fanbois can hump each other while making sure to give the obligatory reach around while singing the praises of over simplified consolized "of limited vision" trash, in peace.
