The patch was released, but was withdrawn due to DLC issues.
There's really no reason not to release the patch notes, if the DLC has nothing to do with the other fixes.
I'd rather be reading patch notes in my spare time, rather than read them when I should be playing the game instead.

I have never in my whole life heard such nonsens :D
In XXI century it's very hard to upload on any FTP and give it to public for customers to download and update the game.
DLC is another story nor related with patch :) Give people patch and then work and fix your servers. For me it should all DLC be for free to download. And you may even zip those silly 6 files and give it to public, because it's already available on the network. As always those who paid are the worst custormers in history, everybody who don't paid are playing first with no problems.

Hope the patch come soon and will fix "store exclusive" DLC's. Let the guys work in peace, for they are not shit*cough-bioware-cough*heads who sold their souls to EA but men deserving our utmost respect for tremendous work done.
1920x1080 Ultra settings w/o ubersampling
i7 950 + gtx580 + 12gb ram everything running smoothly, 40-50 fps
before uninstalling 3D Vision was getting low performance (15-30 fps)
GOG.com version, DLC Troll Trouble works perfectly, running bug and crash free.
I am not ashamed to admit that I downloaded some "store exclusive" items from torrents, and I strongly advise to do so - they are not merely bonus, they are overpowered for act 1. Armor is just very good, not best, but Herbalist's gloves (+1 every alchemy ingredient dropped) allow to farm approximately 30-50% more orens. And Mysterious Merchant sells items at a huge discount (~50%). I recommend getting this DLC for everyone.
I object strongly to "store exclusive" policies that are carried out in such unfair manner. Why buyers from, (say) Amazon.com should get better equipment for the most difficult part of the game?
PS: A game is an RPG masterpiece, despite its flaws, for they are many, and I absolutely love it. Playing second time on Hard, can't get enough.

Yeah, BioWare is horrible, I can wait for my patch. I didn't play more than 10 minutes of the game and I am still in the first tent. The game is running fine, but I want to play it with the patch, just in case...

If you have GOG version, go ahead and play it. The game has to be beaten twice anyway, for there are two completely different paths (Act II-III).

Since the first day (of release Witcher 2) CDProjekt has problems with their servers.
They were not able to adequately prepare for the release.

Is the witcher 2 the only game you have bought?
Because I am pretty sure other games have problems too
and patches are released way after the game has been released..
