I dont know if anyone from CDPR is reading this but I have what I think are a couple of simple fixes relating to the Eternal Battle quest from chapter 2.

- An autosave before the boss, Draug.
- Freezing potion timer when not playing as Geralt.

I agree...Draug owned me a few times and it was utterly sad to have to play through 5 minutes of baddies before trying again

Yeah, it's kind of a killer for people who went up the Alchemy tree. Potion and oil timers should be frozen in that section, and also during cutscenes, especially since potions don't last that long anymore.

Yeah the freeze timer should be implemented ASAP, its realy weird how they missed it in the first place...

problem is many games do, which is why im holding off playing any more just in case i need to restart to get full effect

any patch worth a damn will defunct your save games. but i expect this is just a tiny hotfix for control issues.

most patches require new starts to take changes. don't make stuff up. we are not talking about the game engine, we are talking about fixes.

Yep. I also had to restart my starcraft 2 campaign 3 times because of patches. Lucky me though i still haven't started the witcher 2 :)

Anyone have a link to the patch notes? I am at work right now, just curious if it improves performance of the game any or if it's just other fixes.

Still waiting for stupid ATI driver updates :(
