Kuranes_82: Way to go putting on an appearance of helpfulness while actually just being condescending. Unlike most of the people here I haven't just registered for the free game, I've been shopping here for almost a year and you're throwing in a whole lot of assumption about what I use and am used to. This was my first post on GOG because I've never experienced any problems before, games have always arrived instantly, so thought it was worth a mention.
I'm truly sorry if I came across as patronizing and condescending, and I apologize. It's just that whenever GOG has a major giveaway, people act the same and tend to overreact and overcomplicate problems that aren't that complicated at all. I was the one overreacting, this time, and for that, I sincerely apologize. There's nothing I can do to help with your situation, though, and what I said -- genuinely trying to be helpful -- still stands. Wait a day (which, apparently, you did) and, if you still didn't get any e-mail, promptly contact GOG Support. Do understand, though, that the sending of codes to the thousands of giveaway winners is a morose process, and many of the keys will take a while to be received.
With that said, I completely understand it's a very frustrating situation, and I apologize for my earlier rudeness and downright stupidity when dealing with people that are rightfully frustrated at something that was promised to them but isn't being delivered.
