All of the above, except for Troll Trouble, are pre-order bonus DLCs, which contain one or a few extra items. Maybe CDP will make them available to everyone sooner or later - if not it's no big deal because you don't miss anything 'substantial'.

The Roche Jacket for example is a new jacket (surprise!) which looks kind of like those of the Temerian Special Forces (even more surprise!). You'll have it in your inventory right from the beginning.
The Magical Suit contains a pair of pants. And so on...

Now I'm just speculating:
I think that there are a few runes or bombs or other usable stuff coming along with all of those packages - I didn't pay much attention to it to be honest (neither do I know what usables could be imported from TW1 or are just standard starting equip). The main content is one specific piece of equipment though.
If I remember correctly Alchemy Suit contains a pair of gloves.... so I'd guess Swordsman Suit is a pair of boots.
The Finisher Pack includes a few (or maybe just one?) additional animation for the finishing moves.
Merchant Pack does add a vendor in each chapter that's selling some kind of special stuff.

Maybe there's more to it. I'm not exactly sure about any details...

I've read a report that the Swordsman Suit should be named Swordsman Kit, as it only includes some usable items (runes and oils, I think) and no actual armor. This is unconfirmed, though.

The Swordsman Kit includes some whetstones, which are not available anywhere else in the game. Probably the only semi-valuable item in it.
