Borg12: Hey guys,

I've also got the stuttering (with vsync disabled) in W2 after 1.1 patch but I can't seem to get FPS_limiter to work.
I used it in many games and it worked fine but in W2 it just closes itself and game won't launch.

Anyone having any problems with this? I'm on Win7-64 bit if that makes any difference.

I also tried DXtory (advanced limit frames or something to 30) and my frames in game are still uncloked, don't know really why.

Cheers.
Well the FPS_Limiter is working for me but I do have to change the command line to limit the FPS to 35 in order for the micro stuttering to disappear. Kinda defeats the purpose but it currently is the lesser evil for me.

Anyway, make sure you have the JRE installed (Java Runtime Environment).
Still having the issue. I'm hoping that the next Catalyst version will help (Haven't been able to try out the hotfix as it's unavailable for Vista)
This problem still only happens for me with Vsync enabled while running Crossfire.
bump, i want them to fix this damn problem, it only started with the 1.1 patch and that has been out for quite awhile now, i haven't been able to play since i installed it the stutterint is damn annoying
