Re-register the game by using the register.exe in the game-folder, replacing all lower case letters by CAPITAL letters - it's essential for the DLCs to work properly.

If that doesn't do the trick, a further solution, involving tweaking the registry was posted here.
Thank you. That sorta worked. I now have the commando jacket, but the troll quest keeps vanishing after I pick it up on the notice board.

Huh, didn't try picking it up... just saw that the note on the board was there now. I'll check on it.

EDIT: If it does disappear, it does not do so right away and not if I save and load the game. I guess you're on your own from here, buddy. I'll keep my eyes keen for any possible solutions when reading forums, comments etc.

Can't get it to work for me either, I grabed the post before Troll Trouble was installed, now its installed and theres no quest.

What entitles you to receive these other DLC items? I pre-ordered on gog and I got all the gog extras but the only DLC I can get is the Troll Trouble quest.

And speaking of the quest. I have downloaded it fine but when I attempt to install it, it says administrator access is required (and I'm on my Win 7 admin account). Thoughts?

You can't get any of the vendor dlc without going into a grey area of getting the unprotected versions of the dlc.

If you ask me they should all be released normally.

The Roche Commando Jacket and the Mysterious Merchant Pack comes with the Collectors edition of the game.......

I had this problem, it is very easy to solve: disable uac (user account control).
Go to microsoft control panel, user accounts and family safety, user account, change user account setting, then drag the bar down to "never notify", then try the dlc again

Well, I give up on these dlc's. At one point, I managed to get the Jacket, but after trying a solution from CDPR that had me going into regedit, the jacket vanished and I have not been able to get it again.

I have reinstalled the game, and cleaned regedit with Ccleaner, but now it's impossible for me to get either dlc, the launcher is stuck in an endless loop of downloading troll trouble and the jacket, and yes, I have tried several times and tried to reset the launcher with various "fixes" suggested by CDPR.

I guess I will have to wait for the patch coming next week. :-(
