I'm at the beginning of the 1st chapter but my relationship with the scoi'tael seems really negative. I sided with them in the Witcher 1 and I thought it was supposed to keep past relationships? Or will everything be explained to me later? (if so, don't spoil it for me :P )

Thanks

It's a different group of Scoia'tael. That was Yaevinn's group, this is Iorveth's. But even given that I went neutral in TW1, it still didn't seem as if Iorveth's group had any personal problem with my Geralt.

Changes are minimal, your Witcher save won't affect much.Trust me, you'll get great chances at double-crossing Scoi'tael or otherwise.
i have the EXACT same question as you

There's an Order camp in chapter 3 and they remember whether you sided with them in W1 or not. Even if you went neutral and got Siegfried to not attack you (like I did), they still hate your guts.
Ah that makes a lot more sense. Btw, are romantic relationships effected by sleeping with random people or what not? You could sleep with practically everyone in the witcher 1 but Triss didn't seem to care, even though she could read your mind and knew what you were up to.
