I reached my first QTE event, and have no idea how to get past it. It's in the introduction, where I'm escorting the King over a bridge, and a dragon comes. Just before the bridge, the tutorial box said I needed to click the RMB when attacked. When the scene plays out, I see no blinking keys...nothing changes on my screen as far as I can tell...then I die. I tried spamming RMB, as well as other keys...but I'm totally at a loss.

What do I need to look for in a QTE...and where will I see it?

Thanks in advance folks.

What I did, was get my husband, the real merlgrey, to come over and do it for me. Apparently you are going the wrong way and have to hit S to go backwards. You want to run down the bridge and when you get to a wide place, pull over and let the dragon breathe fire, then run again. I really like the game, but although the Witcher has superhuman reflexes, alas I am 65 and do not. Nor is my hand-eye coordination up to it, even on easy. I really liked the Witcher 1. I loved the story and the choices. And I like the fighting. But I just can't do this one.

Good Luck!

Don't Feel too bad, I'm just about 65 ( Next Month ) and that gave me a fit too. I don't particularly like the way they changed the fistfighting from the first one either for the same reason ( not too mention the prompts tend to get lost in the background).
