I am currently using the traditional 3rd person camera mod and the full combat re-balance mod but I am unable to get the two to work at the same time!

The one that seems compatible is the FOV 1.1 version. I prefer the "tradicional 3rd person camera", because the fov 1.1 is like a "cone" and not "straight". Or maybe is some perception totally personal, just mine.
Anyway, I dont tried FCR, but there you should try the FOV 1.1

Mods clash with each other all the time. You have to read the readme files and check forums to keep abreast and then decide which is most important to you. I had to give up the increased fov mod to try out FCR myself. And I really love an increased fov so it's rough. I may remove FCR.
