Gidzin: Where's the Mysterious Merchant ch_1?? hunted all around the dock stockyard and merchant icons since the new patch 1.2.
Hasn't moved in my game. Standing in the same place.

And if he hasn't moved then where did he not move from?? I have GoG version and The Illusive Mystery Merchant NEVER came to my gaming area because the patch, I thought was suppose to introduce him.. So if you could please tell me where he is suppose to be!! Thanks I thought it was a Gamespot pre-load DLC??.................nevermind I watched a youtube video but he;s not there....is there a certain time he appears??

chap 1 dock warehouses. chap 2 is either at the whore camp roche side or right in front of the inn in vergen.

bullsheet: the changelog included that vll b able to delete the save games from the menu ... but theres no delete button i can see .. n iwas realy lookin forward to that
Didn't try the new patch yet, but patch notes say you have to hit "DELETE" key on your keyboard to delete the savegame

Quote from 1.2 readme "To delete a game save, highlight the relevant item and press the Delete key." (literally key not button, hence theres no button).

I loaded up my last saved game and I was encumbered. I definitely did not save while encumbered. I would never do that.

It's not that big of a deal. It's just odd.

Anyone else experience this?
The patch seems to have added a few items to my inventory, that might be why.

I installed the game and launcher automaticly patched the game.. or it seemed so. But 1.2 patch didn't work until I patched with 1.1. And this is gog-version. And I just installed the game first time couple hours ago. Now to see if I can config my keyboard.

Aha thanks for the heads up. Whetstones are good stuff.

Few minutes ago ran into first technical issue with 1.2... game went into loading screen when i entered transition area and stayed there with loading indicator still indicating loading (waited a few minutes until i killed the task in task manager)... never had this issue in previous versions (hope it's an isolated case).

Happened to me (once) in 1.1, so I doubt its the patch causing it.

I have the same problem! Patch 1.1 was fine at 1440x900 and now I have black bars and everything looks fuzzy :(

Why did 16:10 work fine in 1.1 and then get broken for 1.2?

1.2 messed up performance for me - introduced a weird stutter every few seconds.. very noticeable and very annoying - uinstalled, playing 1.0, and the stutter is gone.

i5 760
GTX 470
4GB
Windows 7 & Latest nVidia drivers (275.33)

Funnily enough, both patches have broken things for me - in 1.1 it was the gamepad controls and in 1.2 it was the performance - 1.0 has been the only version I've had no problems with - bugs or otherwise. Oh well, all I'm really missing out on are the new hairstyles and the DLC - no biggie.

Is it possible to install 1.1 without installing 1.2? I have the GOG version and I'm assuming using the patcher will just update it to the latest version. Would be nice to run at least a more recent patch, since I could use Xpadder to get rid of the gamepad issues.

16:10 has never worked fine. Everyone has black stripes.
