gloomfrost: this is the link

http://wpc.420c.edgecastcdn.net/00420C/files/P1_1/Patcher_GOG.exe

however when i patched it i got an error message that it was an incorrect version or something like that.

It also reset my preferences from windowed mode back to full screen, so be warned. The game still works but the error message is unsettling.
I had the same message but when I looked the file versions were the same, 1.0.0.1
I was able to update and download the Troll DLC the next day so I assume that my game is up to date or something is not right. I have had no issues with the game so far, chapter 2, at least not that I'm aware of.

I will say this though, I have "installed" some mods that came out so those could be causing an issue?
I have the message:

"Installed game version is invalid or incomplete"

The game is not installed in C: but another partition, an idea?
Well, the GOG edition was supposed to save us from all the drm-related stuff. But at what cost?
If you get an error message make sure you have your pack0.dzip where it belongs. Not sure if the game patches it, or just uses it for version verification, but it needs it.

I had removed mine as I extracted it, which can help load times.

Barely a week since release, Bioware took over a month, calm down, ect. ect.

Seriously. Just take a step back and relax. This cannot be good for your blood pressure.
Guys the patch 1.1 is in your My accounts page on your Witcher 2 game box on your digital shelf. It's under the 'Extras" list.

Any chance for a complete patch notes?
Says invalid version for me. Reinstalled the game but cannot launch it due to some silly issue.
It closes down after I enter my key and when I restart launcher have to enter it again. And some procedure over and over again.
It's doing the same for me.. it gives me an error message saying it's the wrong version, and then the patch installation is cancelled.

I have a hard time believing you even have the GoG version since the GoG version does not require you to enter your key at the launcher, but rather in the installer.

Have the retail one of course. But why does the game not start? I downloaded the 1.1 international version of the patch.
But when I start launcher have to hack in the key I do that and it closes. When I start again same issue.
Anywhere I can get the GOG.exe + patch?
