So this conjfiguration:

Phenom IIx4 955
Corsair CMPSU-650TXV2
AMD Radeon HD 6870 - 1GB
is what will work for max settings.
Please verify for me - I want to be sure before I buy

Define what you expect "max settings" to mean. The game has no definition of "max settings" to use in place of your own. You already got a number of opinions. High for sure, possibly Ultra, not Ubersampling.
