I must admit, "ploughing" was not a word I'd heard much before the Witcher 2. It's now earned a nice little place in my vocabulary.

It was extensively used in Witcher 1 as well, especially by a certain Temerian Intelligence Chief.

Since your'e not American, I suspect you missed it entirely. Urban Dictionary isn't going to help you with this one.
