No, that looks like a glitch. It's normal that there's this page when you redeem it, but the discount should be 100%.

My code seems to not work because it still asks me to pay for it so simple refresh won't work.
I opened the ticket and the answer I got from them is this:

You can reply to this e-mail to reopen the ticket.
Seems like their answer was... how should I put it very long :x
I'm gonna open another one and see how they will answer tommorow.
Edit: I decided to message them on facebook and reopen the old ticket.
