Anyone have trouble getting the vran armor in act 3? I did everything for this quest up till where you enter the Loc Muien sewers to collect the vran armor diagram. I found the gate according to the game guide that came with the game, but the door is locked and I don't know where to get the key. Did I miss it somewhere or is this quest bugged?

On my recent playthrough, I managed to get it (completely by accident).

Make sure you completed the Chapter 2 part of the quest. That might be needed

And make sure you are in the right area. There are a few different sewer entrances. Some might only exist for Roche/Iorveth quests.

I reckon that you're at the wrong gate. The gate you're supposed to go to is through a door near the mighty whatever his name was.

I found it in a chest near that gate. There are two chests.

I did mystic river in part 1

I found the boat along with the other stuff for it in Part 2

In part 3 i found a chest in the sewers just after the 2 bullvores, giving me a rare sword a digram and the armour of yis,

I went to the sorcerer/armour guy and then made Vrans armour.

I completed both parts 1 and 2 of the quest and tried to use the door in the main square but it was locked. I checked it several times with no luck each time. Do you remember there being a key?

the door is next to the arm wrestler

theres a firey wisp on the right as you enter the sewer

I had a little trouble finding the right door but I don't remember it being locked. Here is where it is approximately on the map:

Initially I was trying to go down the ramp and get in the locked gate with the soldiers behind it but that is not the entrance you need.
