I dont know if it is of any consolation, but i think this topic is a little messy.
I have created a Board: Witcher 2 Mod Board

in which you can request mods, we have a few witcher modders and developers that can answer your call and make mods for you. including myself.

here is the category itself: Witcher 2 Mod Requests

EDIT -- for more info: You have to create a NEW Thread. so that Each request can have a thread, so its easier to follow.

For those that dont know how it would look this is for another game: VTMB Mod and Addon Request Category

see how all of them are stacked neatly and filled accordingly ??/

Yes I checked your site, I was a fan of the Bloodlines game, still have a pic of me in the pre-order T-shirt. Where's the nude mods for that one on your site? That game was quite censored itself, should have had strippers in cages at that one club & not even nude strippers in a strip club. Otherwise I did enjoy the game & it's nice to see someone is hosting a few mods from it to this day even still.

Back on topic but about your site link for Witcher 2 mods, there is no thread in the section for mod requests either, & in all honesty, all that needs to be done is a compilation of all requests into one post. I mean it is your site, just a suggestion to get it started is all.

Finally, reposting since my suggestions just got buried at the bottom of last page

There is already a save game editor though, check nexus if you can't find it here.

Also what happened to the Bruxae? They use to be completely nude. Why would they suddenly start covering them up? I found that out of place entirely. Of course, importing can't change universal censorship if that was the case...

I also wish there was a better handling of enemy leftovers, limited to no bodies rotting makes sense from lack of development, but outright disappearing a few seconds after they die? Kinda silly.

Also, ducks, geese, chickens, cows, dogs & pigs (alive), cats, dwarven women, & a few scant animals in nature et cetera, besides rats & crows everywhere, really would add to the feel of the world if at all possible even if having to import many of them from the previous engine (other than the Dwarven women with & without beards, since no one really can be 100% certain, why not just mod both from the concept art if at all doable?) it would still add atmosphere.

The nude ves thing is very very possible, and someone on GMC can do it, she also did a version of nude triss available on the site. so she can also make nude ves if you want her to.

you just have to join, and post a new thread. and say you want nude ves, for example, and in a day or two, it will be responded.

Really, now, I don't think that is an important mod for this game considering what I'm looking for overall. It would be just nice to look over the model like I did with Triss & then remove it as it doesn't fit, unlike mythical creatures that would be totally nude at all times like the Bruxae, Succubus (Wearing a bottom,really?) et cetera. It just would be the easiest to actually do. As the file to be called upon for it is already there.

What I was asking somewhat coyly with my reference to Bloodlines is why do you seemingly have an anti-pornographic stance on mods hosted, hence the button for reporting it?

Creativity should never be limited in any way. I don't care how extreme it may be. If need be, section off the adult content but, to report it for removal, I would never support.

Let's say someone wanted to add spicier sex scenes to the Witcher 2, would some clicks on that option remove it? That is certainly something I'm against on any MOD hosting site, period.

No, by pornographic material it mean PORN itself. imagine a spammer just comes and uploads porn. and I wont notice in the swim of files.

in my opinion the witcher is nude not porn, by porn I mean real porn. I mean i would be crazy to host a game that one of its main aspects is nudity, righ ? there are some nude mods aswell, so . . . i guess it goes like that.

Since you asked I made the Adult section, but unfortunately for legal reasons it needs you to register. I hope this helps -- as I said once and I will say it again I am a humble servant of witcher fans.

The mod I would like the most is having the amulet effect (when you press the amulet button it makes all loot and other interactive objects in the environment glow) active all the time. I find myself pressing the amulet button every minute just so It's easier for me to find loot.

can we please get a mod that removes the level cap and increases the rate of XP or gives us additional points to spend when we level.

so we can actually use all the goodness available :) .. if u do this mod can u please msg me or sumthin so i know it was done..its hard to keep track

Asked this to CDPR but it's actually a simple thing for a modder, isn't it?

And oh, please please please... give us some killer looking BLACK leather pants with the same stats as the ugly brown ones? Or let us dye them? There's no way my Geralt using ugly brown leather or mage's pants, even in Insane diff. I sell them all but the stats on the black ones are really lacking in comparison!

Well, I'm asking for it in Mod Request section of GoG as well! =)

Mods? Yes, well just one.

Can someone *please* do something about Geralt's granny knickers? I don't care if they are removed or remodeled, but the prostitute is naked and he is wearing something that my grandmother's grandmother wore. Very unsexy!

Starting to play an alchemy build, and I'm realizing that the game essentially nerfs it in certain situations by allowing the potion timer to run during dialogue. So any battle which dialogue beforehand either leaves you with little to no potion time left at the start of the battle or forces you to skip through all of the dialogue.

Is there anyway to pause the timers during dialogue? I know there's a 30 minute timer mod, but I don't mind the 5-10 minute timer for potions outside of this dialogue-nerf.

Any chance for a "Respec Mod" ? I like experimenting and sometimes I would love the chance to correct some mistakes.

Even if it is a one time only but on Act 1. Perhaps one potion on Act 1 and one on Act 2? CAn it be done?

Waiting till Act 3 for the game given respec NPC will be a pain... on Insane... =)

1) Witcher 1 camera mod would be nice - camera shaking a little bit when running and character position more on the left side (over the shoulder, not in the center of the screen). But if the player will encounter some enemy, camera will go behind Geralt's back for better view on the battlefield.
