As the title says, Ive not yet recieved any emails from gog about my CD key nor any email to say that the game was paid for even though i have the game thanks to the GoG.com Downloader and was able to install the game with no issues

Go to http://www.gog.com/en/page/my_tw2_info and it should be right there for you.
