@Input not recognized bug: So what we know so far is that the bug is often triggered by pressing the r key, and that it often stops after being hit, everything else is still unconfirmed and may be system-specific. The bug that quick slot items are still displayed in the lower left corner of the screen after you deplete your supply is already in the list.

Yes, I've updated to 1.2. It's started happening on my 5.1 system as well, and I can almost say it's pretty much guaranteed to occur when strolling about Loredo's mansion. It may just be if you enter the interior, since it hasn't occurred during 'Fight Club,' since I usually go around rather than through the house. During 'An Indecent Proposal' and 'Death to the Traitor,' however, I've yet to do either without certain sounds disappearing after a while.

I don't think it's a bug, but it might be related to the game not having hardware mouse programmed in, which makes pretty much all mouse actions feel a bit sluggish.

I've no idea whether or not CDPR will add hardware mouse in the future, but try installing Panel Tweaks in the meantime. It's a real lifesaver when it comes to anything inventory-related. It allows you to brew potions and make bombs in bulk, for example. :)

Is it the latest version, version 1.3? The bulk alchemy was only added in that version, and you get the 'number slider' automatically when you choose to brew a potion (or make a bomb) that you have enough ingredients for to craft more than one.

What do you mean? For me, it was almost instantaneous, the only limitation being how fast I can move my mouse counter (since the two buttons are located in 2 different location). Another method, just pressing enter (instead of using mouse) is much quicker, and all my taps are being recognized (well, I wasn't mashing the buttons like in QTE)

^ If I tap Enter in quick succession five times, I might two potions to brew. It just doesn't work. And I downloaded v1.3 of panel tweaks. I'm not seeing a slider of any sort appear. I do see the ingredient count, which is handy, but no slider for bulk brewing. Do I have to hit a key to bring it up?

Hmm... curious. You haven't installed the optional mod that comes with the download, which disables bulk crafting, have you? If you haven't, and you still don't get the option to craft multiple items at once, I think it's best if you ask among the comments for the mod itself. I never had to do anything special to get it to work - it just appears automatically whenever I want to brew potions or make bombs and oils (other items, such as armors, weapons and traps, don't support bulk crafting).

Geralt is on fire and farts heliotrope in the ending cutscene on the Triss path
Problem: If you choose to save Triss and fight Letho after killing him I get Geralt on fire and when he goes to open the gate he's farting heliotrope
Status: Still occurs in 1.2.

Anyone else got this bug? I don't have anything to record with except Fraps but it only records for a short time. Does anyone know a good video capture thing I can download?
