So unfortunately I can't seem to get a screenshot of this problem (if anyone has a way to get a screenshot without steamworks overlay, I'm all ears.) but I'll describe it as best as as I can since is it's REALLY annoying and basically makes the game unplayable.
Many light objects are visible through the environment (ground, buildings, hills etc.) including, and most frustratingly even the sun. It basically makes playing the during the night (in-game time) unplayable because of a large, soft-blurred white circle that takes up most of the screen.
However, torches and candles are sometimes visible as well, but the main culprit is the sun. It's most noticeable after meditating from day to night.
OK, so here's the kicker. I had the exact same problem towards the end of The Witcher 1 in many levels, so I'm wondering if it's a problem with my computer setup. Has anyone else even seen the bug?
Again, sorry I can't get a screenshot, I'd be more than happy to get one if someone lets me know how. Also, I don't see why it should matter but I'm playing the Steam version.
EDIT: Well it looks like I can't reply to my own question so as soon as someone else replies I will post my system specs.
