I bought this game at launch and i was really looking forward to it but alas i came across an issue i could not solve. As soon as i load into another area or i start a conversation with someone my game starts to get really choppy, its almost as if im moving and skipping my steps with his right foot. Its impossible to play at the moment and i was hoping patch1.2 or 1.3 would have fixed it but sadly it did not.

Windows 7 64 bit
GTX 295*Turned Multi GPU on and off, no difference*
12 gigs of ram
Core i7 3.1 ghz

GoG edition if the game if that helps. I searched the forum and i could not find someone with the exact same issue as me. thanks for the help in advance :D

Did you try using something like Dxtory to limit the frames per second, already? Sometimes that eliminates stutter.

Have you reset your advanced settings after updating to 1.3? If not, go back in and reset again, ensuring that uber and anything else you desire, is disabled.

Yeah i Reset them, nothing helped. im not sure what Dxtory is though.
