I've tried everything, everything at all. But still I can't pass the first QTE. The bar almost never fullfill, and when it does... I still fall off the tentacle
Any good soul please can kill this motherfucker for me??? D:

Btw.: There's no bug. I tested your savegame; anything ok. So the problem is completely on your side. Look:

No bug, most probably a pebcak-case.

You told us:

In most cases this happens when the specs are too low.

If so then switch all graphics settings to the lowest level, playing in windowed mode at 640x480 (Launcher -> Settings). After the fight you may return to your old settings.

And follow the procedure in my video. It's easy to beat the Kayran on DL "easy".

And read on some places that it is a hardware problem

In case you are trying to attack the Kyran directly, your attacks will not damage it. The Kyran boss fight is structured in stages of incapacitating the beast, instead of hitting its health pool head on, and delivering the killing blow after.

Consider setting your keyboard input language to English, when you boot the game and while you are playing, since the game might not correctly register you pressing the QTE buttons if the keyboard input language is set to your native one.
