hey guys, when im fighting the kayran, i get 3 arms off, then he swings his arm and picks me up. But even when i click until the bar is full, i get thrown offf and see no space bar que before i get thrown off, and i've tried it a billion times, any ideas what the problem is?

You're supposed to get thrown off. After which he lobs rocks at you and you kill him for good. There's also no QTE if you are playing on easy, hence no pressing the space bar.

once i get thrown off he doesnt throw a rock tho, nor does he knock over the bridge

What difficulty are you playing on? If it's easy, I don't know what to say. If it's anything else, you're missing the QTE.

I have just played the fight on easy to try to get a grasp of your issue. If you are thrown from the tentacle, and it doesn't move on to the next stage of the fight, then you failed to press your mouse button enough.

You now need to hack off a fourth tentacle to get the fight moving again.

At this point it will let you try to jump back onto the tentacle after throwing another tantrum (automatic on easy). If you fail it again, then it'll smack it's tentacles again and then once more let you jump back on. If you fail it again, repeat. I let it fail four times before "beating" it, where it will then move on to the next phase.

And make sure your mouse sensitivity is set to maximum in the options>gameplay menu in game. Anything less than maximum setting can make certain QTEs range between very difficult and impossible, even on easy settings with difficult QTEs turned off.... you literally cannot click the mouse fast enough because no matter how fast you're going it's not registering enough clicks per second to win the QTE!

I got through that fight OK tonight and all QTEs worked as they should, but I was having problems with some QTEs a couple of days ago when my mouse sensitivity was set lower.

cranked my mouse sensitivity to 10, got on the tentacle, filled the click bar, but he still threw me and didnt knock over the pillar, any ideas?

Upload your save somewhere. Let someone else try, and see if you're really filling up the bar.

Just to be clear, you understand that getting thrown is good as long as it is not throwing you to your death?

Are you sure you are not just mistaken that there is no architecture on the ground for you to climb at that point?

i mean i never get the cutscene where he throws me off then hits the pillar, which is the part where it should make a bridge
