Anyone found out where it is? I tried talking to the innkeeper but unfortunately he won't talk to me.... :/

Maybe it's outside, in the Followers' Camp? I remember the dwarf there carries goods innkeepers usually have, so maybe they added the storage to him? Or is that the innkeeper you're referring to? :/

Ha! Didn't even think of the dwarf! It was him!
No my vast collection of wire rope and rope ladders is finally safe.
