i checked a little , but they still miss a few items in swords , for instance the Superb Long sword (id like to know how to get it , they don't tell us in the witcher wiki page ) or the Kaedweni Black sword

The person who compiled the list might not have all the items. I saw somewhere that he/she might have only completed 2 playthroughs.

Is it that great or are you just want to collect every item in the game?

Its a good sword really (for chapter 1) , since it's my 5th playthrough , i use a different gear and swords in every one of my playthrough , so i cannot use the Jagged blade , Superb Cutlass , Superb Shortsword and Sword of Caingorn in this playthrough , house rules :)


thus i was hunting for a good sword , especially since i use the excellent mod CEO which rebalances all the swords , and make them less overpowered than in vanilla , and since i like the looks of the Robust Longsword , i was searching for this rare Superb Long sword for ages ,and no source on the internet was pointing the location of it :)

Yea i guess i'm a sort of collectioner , when playing Morrowind back in the days , i was making a point of having the full sets of glass armours , shoulders, gloves , boots and swords , i was spending hours to hunt for rare objects :))

i think the variety of "objects": and weapons is very important in an rpg , it increases the immersion a lot , also i love swords , i own myself a few at home :)

They are missing a lot more than that, about 40 steel swords and 13 silver.
You can see what swords are in game and their stats in def_stats_item_swordsteel.xml and def_stats_item_swordsilver.xml.

They are not all unique in shape, though... but they are in stats and textures
