jlibster: Oh, YES! I have that one. With the map, the books,, heavens I miss getting large books full of spells. PDFs somehow don't quite compare. :D
I think its partially a "post mortem" syndrome if you will. Once we get through a game, hindsight being 20/20 (mostly?) its fun to see how well we can do after we finish an RPG once, with different approaches, team combinations. Its kindda cheating in a way I suppose. But its fun. I'll probably try Icewind Dale 1 or 2 again while waiting for the 1.3 patch to come out for TW2.Its been a few years so I've probably forgotten enough that I'm not cheating anymore. ;-)
coastie65: Nah, not cheating. You are more familiar with things, but if it is a Party based RPG and you switch an use diferent party members or switch your Character from Palladin to Cleric or something, then it is a different game as you have to use different tactics. I never could get into Icewind Dale ! or 2 for some reason. Ended up giving to my Nephew. Was a Big boxed set that had all the Icewind Dale stuff.
