so let's all give our ideas about what we want for future DLC

As for me, I want another chapter 4 esque chapter. In the W2 everything in the main quest seems so fast (in the Iorveth path) Geralt didn't even have time to take a nap or (more importantly) do sidequests. I wasn't able to do the succubus sidequest and Baltimore sidequest since it was out of the way of the main quest. In W1, the main quest was littered with stuff like "comback tommorow for your lightning rod" or "it'll take a day to repair this broken mirror" which was awesome since you had an excuse to do sidequests.

So for the future DLC I want something like Chapter 4 maybe it could be somewhere in Cintra with Geralt,Triss and Roche/Iorveth stuck somewhere with some conflict that Geralt and his party have to fix on their way to Nilfgaard. Consequences would be nice with who you're with or not with. I actually want something bad to happen if you have Roche or Iorveth but something good if you just have Triss but that's just me.

It could be something from the past maybe something like what happened before the siege at LaVallete Castle or before W1 at Kaer Mohren. I'd love to see the other Witchers.
I'd like an expansion with more Sile. Maybe something where you save her from some of her pursuers and learn more about her and the lodge.

And people who chose to let her die get an automatic "game over" upon loading it up. Oh, I would love that.

I think it's too early for her to appear again. I agree that killing her isn't really the type of thing Geralt would do but the decision should still be there for people who want Geralt to be a different person from the books. Sile also has nice tits.

Funny, I thought the same about Roche's path, while Iorveth's seemed miles long. Maybe it depends on which path you become familiar with first :)

I wouldn't mind some more Iorveth/Roche bickering, especially because they never really settled anything between them and you don't really see the other in Act 3 :/ I want to know what happened on the other side while I was doing stuff in Act 2.
give me tonnnesss of sidequests, contracts, and scale the improper levelling (you gain 5 levels out of no where when finishing one of the main quests), more locations that i can visit, secret areas with nasty monsters guarding powerful swords/armor/items and more monsters to fight with!

i be happy

Mmmm perhaps an expansion pack where you play either as Roche or Iorveth during Act 2 depending on which path you took in the game. So if you took Roches path then you'd play as Iorveth on the other side of the mist.

I'd like to see her too. In the books she was an interesting side character. She was, before Philippa approached her with the lodge project, some sort of magical scientist. She was hardly ever leaving her tower. She was refereed as one of the greatest theoreticians of magic ever. But she had trouble with understanding basic real life interactions.
It could interesting to see if her near death have had any effect on her perspective.

I wasn't saying it wasn't long I was saying how you didn't have any opportunities to do sidequest and you were always in a hurry to save Saskia. Geralt practically fights for 2-3 days straight in Chapter 2 Iorveth path.

That's the thing, I never felt rushed. I happily did all the side-quests before even trying to find the immortelle, everyone in that town was so laid back I didn't feel like I had to do everything then and there. My mind just went, "Well, they finally opened the damn gates, LET'S ADVENTURE."

This is sooo unlikely, but I'd be all over the opportunity to play as Iorveth :'D

Your probably right but its not unheard of. I've played quite a few games where expansion packs have dealt with other characters stories in the game settings. 2 that spring to mind are Half-Life and F.E.A.R.

Yeah, it would be super cool if it happened :) Roche and Iorveth already have fully functional combat animations, so why not? Like I said it some other thread, I really want to know how Iorveth lost his eye :\ It's bugging me more than it should, heh.

I imagine playing as Roche would be funny, he always cracks me up :D
No love for bard's tales?

Only if it's followed by a full music CD and a book of poetry.

Playing as Roche would get so boring, though. He has one mode of thinking.

*eating breakfast
"This cereal is too cold! RAGEPUNCH!"

*hunting elves
"These elves die too easy! RAGEPUNCH!"

*sleeping
"I had a bad dream! RAGEPUNCH!"

I want to argue against your points, but I can't stop laughing when I get to your last sentence.

You say boring, I say perfect for unwinding and making stupid fan videos :D
