Wherein, if you die, your game is uninstalled and your video drivers are wiped.

EDIT: Other suggestions (Some from me, some from people in the topic. I hope you're listening, CDP!):

-Make the game give you a real life electric shock when hit in the game
-Delete a random registry key when geralt's toxicity reaches 100%
-Post all sex scenes to your facebook wall if you don't skip them fast enough
-Make the game wipe your OS. Or, better yet, force you to switch to a Mac OS on death
-Force the user to shoot himself in the head or otherwise die IRL as a result of ingame death
